Rugby is one of he best sports for team bonding and cooperation skills, it provides a chance to get involved in the rough and tumble of the game in a fair ability group with adaptions such as wheelchair and tag rugby been meaning that everyone is able to get involved.

The National Disability Tag Festival takes place at a sports stadium in Leeds each September. This event is delivered by the Leeds Rhinos Foundation and enables both young people and adults to come together and take part in a day of tag Rugby League activity.

The fantastic annual event sees 20 to 40 teams (200-400 disabled people) from across Leeds, Yorkshire and beyond attending and is open to ambulant children, young people and adults with a learning disability and/or moderate physical disability, with ability levels from beginners through to more advanced players.
