Boccia is a ball sport similar to playing bowls or curling, originally designed for those with cerbal palsy but can be enoyed by anyone disabled or not.

the game is contested in solo competition or within teams of two or three, the aim of the game is to get your ball closer to the jack than your opponent.

each player or team gets six attempts to get closest to the jack winner takes the end. the overall match winner is the one with the most ends.

players competing in boccia are allowed to move balls with either their hands or feet, however people with more servere disabilities are permitted to use a supporting ramp if they wish.
